The Deaf Wireless Canada Consultative Committee (DWCC) submitted its intervention for the first Review of VRS in Canada on May 11, 2021.

For the Reply Phase, the DWCC partnered up to support and collaborate with Canadian Deaf-Blind Collective for Video Relay Services (CDBC.VRS). The CDBC.VRS is a partnership between the Canadian National Society of the Deaf-Blind (CNSDB) and the Deaf-Blind Planning Committee (DBPC).
The joint group is merged as CDBC.VRS-DWCC . A team of 17 contributors: writers; consultants; and analysts worked jointly on the documents as follows:
