{"id":48,"date":"2015-08-08T04:42:44","date_gmt":"2015-08-08T11:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.deafwireless.ca\/?page_id=48"},"modified":"2023-04-21T13:02:39","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T20:02:39","slug":"finance-team","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.deafwireless.ca\/index.php\/teams\/finance-team\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance Team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The primary duty is to monitor the Committee&#8217;s finances by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>developing a budget<\/li>\n<li>maintaining the budget<\/li>\n<li>ensuring expenses support the mandate of the DWC Consultative Committee<\/li>\n<li>fundraising to cover the DWC Consultative Committee&#8217;s expenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Revenue sources and timeframe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Membership Fees (more information to come soon)<\/li>\n<li>CRTC Cost-Recovery (if approved) &#8211; unpredictable, can be 6 to 13 months turnaround time from cost application to the approved result of the application. Costs can vary and depend on the cost analysis process by CRTC.
