DWCC-CSSSC began writing a letter to the Senate of Canada to ask for an amendment of the bill to: “Recognize LSQ and ASL as official languages \u200b\u200bof Deaf people in Canada”
It was DWCC’s intention to explain to the Senate how this amendment (add) of ASL and LSQ recognization will impact such public interest accessibility groups as ours. How will it change and improve for us as we participate?
Our group wrote clearly how it would change for our group as we participate with the CRTC proceedings, which is available at the federal level.\u00a0
This letter helps to point out to the Senate, how the change will impact for information, communication and services at the federal level for our accessibility group.
