The CRTC proceeding (<\/span>Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2024-294<\/span><\/a>) is a <\/span>review of making it easier to choose a wireless phone or internet service, particularly switching wireless and internet plans.<\/span><\/p>\n

The DWCC documents focus on the experiences and perspectives of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing (<\/span>DDBHH<\/b>) Canadians. It examines how DDBHH Canadians experience barriers to switching their wireless phone or internet service plans, with a primary emphasis on their general experiences.
