The CRTC proceeding (<\/span>Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2024-295<\/span><\/a>) is a\u00a0<\/span>review of making it easier to manage wireless and internet users with self-service options.<\/span><\/p>\n

The DWCC documents focus on the experiences and perspectives of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing (<\/span>DDBHH<\/b>) Canadians. It examines how DDBHH Canadians experience barriers to accessing information and managing their own options for wireless phone and internet service provisions, with self-service mechanisms. DWCC highlights communication accessibility when it comes to self-services.
