The CRTC investigation is called Call for comments \u2013 Improving the routing of 9-8-8 calls and texts

CRTC launched and opened an investigation about improving the routing of 9-8-8 calls and texts. DWCC participated because of its concerns about the technical barriers of not having a direct ASL and LSQ option which will be seen in our submissions below.<\/b>
