The CRTC proceeding (Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2024-295) is a review of making it easier to manage wireless and internet users with self-service options.
The DWCC documents focus on the experiences and perspectives of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing (DDBHH) Canadians. It examines how DDBHH Canadians experience barriers to accessing information and managing their own options for wireless phone and internet service provisions, with self-service mechanisms. DWCC highlights communication accessibility when it comes to self-services.
