The CRTC proceeding (Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2024-294) is a review of making it easier to choose a wireless phone or internet service, particularly switching wireless and internet plans.
The DWCC documents focus on the experiences and perspectives of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing (DDBHH) Canadians. It examines how DDBHH Canadians experience barriers to switching their wireless phone or internet service plans, with a primary emphasis on their general experiences.
